This weeks tip is be well rounded! Many people find themselves overdeveloping certain parts of their bodies ( i.e. chest stronger than back, quads tighter than hamstrings, upper body overpowers lower body or your cardio is great buy you don’t lift weights)

Don’t find yourself in this predicament, give each aspect of fitness, including NUTRITION, equal amounts of attention.  Do this and you will find plateus to be few and far between. Look good feel good, live longer.

You Wanted New Equipment?  You Got It.

Our membership is growing, and with it, so are the requests for new equipment to help keep your workouts fresh and challenging.  To be the best of our ability, we will always say “yes” to your requests.  As of this month, here’s a list of what the UPS truck will be delivering to Go Workout’s doors:
  • 10 and 20 lb Dynex Wall Balls
  • Adjustable Crossfit rings
  • 20 gorgeous Eco-friendly, Super Thick, Anti-Microbial Group Class Mats
  • Set of 6, 8, 10 and 12-lb Medicine Balls

We can’t order everything all at once, but we’ll do what we can.  If you have a special request, please fill out one of our Member Surveys located in the lower and upper levels of the gym.  (Look for the cute box Kristina made)

 
NEW TO GO WORKOUT!  SLOW, FLOW YOGA WITH TESS!

If you ‘ve been thinking, “I’d really like to try a yoga class, but I want to start out slow,” we’ve got the class for you.

Immediately following our Weight Loss Challenge on Wednesday nights, join us for a slow, easy, relaxing yoga class specifically designed for people new to the practic of yoga.

This class will stretch your body, relax your mind, and allow you to turn down the noisy world of work, kids and endless “to do lists” and enter into a space of peace and unconditional acceptance.  You’ll probably make a friend or two in the process.
