Pump –
Are you looking for a way to quickly lose body fat and get in shape fast? If so, welcome to Pump. This unique barbell class is guaranteed to strengthen your entire body by challenging your muscles by using low to moderate weight and high repetitions with exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. (Worried about getting big muscles? Not a chance. This workout is designed to make you long, lean and sexy by summer.) Great music and the ability to work out at your own pace makes this class ideal for people who want results – and want them fast. GET PUMPED UP!

Pilates -
“Amazing”. “I look forward to the class every week.” “I wouldn’t miss it.” These are just some of the common comments we hear when members leave our Pilates class. New to Pilates? No worries. If you’re looking for a low-impact body-conditioning experience designed to stretch, strengthen and balance your body, this class is for you. Our Pilates gurus, Mark and Kelly, will gently build your strength, increase your flexibility and leave you feeling strong and confident. (Get ready to answer lots of questions from friend and family on your improved appearance within 3-6 weeks of beginning the class.)

There’s a reason why this class is consistently SOLD OUT! We’re not sure what kind of magic happens in our spin room. What we can say is that the magic is in the mix – a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout that will enhance your speed, strength, and stamina. Unbeatable routines and just the right intensity to challenge beginners and the most advanced members of our club. This is one class you have to experience for yourself. Come on in and improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn. Warning: Spinning is highly addictive (in a really good, healthy kinda way.)

If you’re looking to take a fitness class unlike any other, then Zumba is for you. At our club, we call them Zumba fanatics, referring to the comraderie and friendship among class members that makes this yet another one of the most popular and revered fitness experiences on our schedule. The Latin dance/fitness routines combined with the high energy and positive motivation of our beloved instructor (Rhonda) makes this one of the most calorie-burning, energy-producing, awe-inspiring and downright fun hours of your life.

Bootcamp –
If you’re looking for a class that has it all, look no further. This one-hour class is for everyone, filled with moderate to high-intensity workouts that involve cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, and flexibility. Get ready to scorch body fat, build lean muscle and have an absolute blast as Sherri, Jen and Marcie lead the way to the healthiest and fittest body you’ve ever imagined. 10 –HUT!!

Cardio Combat -
Let Colin kick your butt into gear with this energetic cardio kickboxing experience. This is a fiercely empowering program that burns maximum calories through basic kickboxing moves, punches and kicks. Who doesn’t want to learn great self defense while building your stamina and endurance?? A great workout for the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness.
Total Abs -
What do TV stars, male and female fitness models and one out of 1,000 people have in common? You guessed it. Abs. Flat, strong, sleek abs. (There’s just something about them, isn’t there?) This ultimate abdominal workout will help you stand out in a crowd and achieve that coveted six-pack by targeting and strengthening your upper, middle, lower and oblique abdominal muscles, helping you strengthen you back, trim your waistline and get the flat, ripped stomach you’ve always dreamed of (and deserve).
Step -
This energizing step workout will make you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Funky cardio tracks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your butt and thighs. Come on… Lets Step it Up!
