Our very own Tom Matt competed and won third  place in his first-ever Flint Mid-Michigan All Natural Body Building competition on April 24th in the Grand Masters category (which is for men 50 or over.)

Congratulations Tom!  You are an inspiration to all of and and show us, by example, what’s possible through dedication, hard work and discipline.

Weight Loss Challenge Participants Are Losing It Every Week!!

We’re in Week 11 of our Weight Loss Challenge, and our particpants have lost nearly 500 pounds!  Way to go everyone!!

This week’s topic is “Heart Health”, so if you know of anyone who would like to join us, please feel free.  Class begins at 7:45-8:30 in the big classroom upstairs.
